Germantown will soon be home to the first brick-and mortar-cannabis restaurant in Tennessee.
The 21-and-above space will allow customers to partake in legal, hemp-derived THC — the active ingredient of cannabis — through the infused condiments that come with traditional American bar eats.
Buds & Brews was born out of what Americans love most, Solomon told the Business Journal, hanging out in a fun environment, watching sports and eating delicious food.
The meals themselves will not have THC and the sauces will come with dosing spoons to ensure a safe experience that can be customized by individual users.
The kitchen will be lead by chef Sam McGee who has gained experience in Nashville restaurants 5th & Taylor and Urban Grub.
